Hello and welcome to the October 2001 edition of Patchword.

As you can see, the new Patchword has had to be postponed another month. We are making progress, though. To begin with, we're in the process of moving to a different server, which should help avoid problems like the one we had earlier this month when we were without incoming e-mail for three days. Apologies to anyone who found their mails to us were returned.

We've also just moved offices (again!), and I can assure you that an e-move is far less trouble than a real world move. I do hope that we can now stay put for a while.

Patchword is now sharing the premises with Tantamount, our design company, which makes this a good moment to remind you that you'll find details of other services we offer on the services page. These include website design and hosting as well as all types of editorial service.
