Tandoori Chicken (serves four)

4 chicken breasts
3 teaspoons chilli powder
3 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
3 teaspoons toasted cumin seeds, crushed
2 Tablespoons oil

Mix the ginger, garlic and yoghurt and rub into chicken. Leave overnight.
Mix the other ingredients and rub over chicken. Cook on barbeque.
